Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of smoothly executing quick ice making operation by solving the problem in which ice making time in quick ice making setting is extended depending on a refrigerator operating condition. SOLUTION: In the refrigerator including an automatic ice maker 101 and a quick ice making setting means 1 for setting start and end of quick ice making operation, when defrosting start time comes during quick ice making setting, defrosting start is waited up to ice separation, and cooling operation is continued, whereby extension of ice making completion time by inside temperature rise of a freezing chamber by defrosting operation can be prevented.
