Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent setting of inside temperature to an abnormal temperature which results from the use of reference temperature data for controlling the inside temperature set and stored in a nonvolatile memory, which exceeds a data range for controlling the inside temperature, as control data as it is. SOLUTION: This device comprises a control set reference value storage means 2 that is the nonvolatile memory storing a control set reference value. When a control set value to be determined based on the control set reference value set and stored in the storage means 2 exceeds a control set range, the device performs operation control with a predetermined control set value, whereby the inside temperature can be prevented from being set to an abnormal temperature.
