SCROLL TYPE MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device biassing a motion control member for removing clearance in ordinary assembling and operation existing in a scroll machine likely to generate a mechanical shock or vibration generated by vibration of the motion control member. SOLUTION: This scroll type machine has a first scroll member, a second scroll member, that is, the second scroll member interposed between spiral laps when the scroll member makes relative turning motion and forming a plurality of moving fluid chambers between these laps, a driving shaft rotatably supported by a bearing housing and relatively turnably moving the scroll member, the motion control member checking relative rotation between the first and second scroll members, that is, the motion control member having a ring and a plurality of rigid projections extending from the ring, and a bias member moving the motion control member in the specific direction, that is, the bias member contacting with the ring and a fixing part of the scroll type machine and arranged between these members.
