Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elastic cord having a structure that surely prevents the slip-in phenomena of a synthetic elastic yarn. SOLUTION: The elastic cord 1 is formed by combining a plurality of synthetic elastic yarns A1-A8 arranged in parallel with a braid B and the synthetic elastic yarns A1-A8 are subjected to covering treatments C1-C8. Since the elastic cord 1 is obtained by covering the synthetic elastic yarns, the elastic cord is formed in a state in which the elastic cord is gripped by covering yarns to control the occurrence of slip-in phenomena. Further, since the synthetic elastic yarns in a covered state are provided with fine unevenness outside and connected to the braid B traveling in the width direction at many parts when elongated in the length direction. Consequently, each synthetic elastic yarn is controlled from displacing in the length direction and the occurrence of slip-in phenomena is controlled in this respect. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
