Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge time control system and a power storage system which can prevent the wrong setting change of a charge time to a storage battery and also can check improper setting change and can change the setting of a charge time. SOLUTION: The power storage system is equipped with a control system 9 which generates a charge command and a discharge command to charge/discharge a storage battery, and a power converter 8 which charges/discharges the storage battery by performing DC conversion, according to the charge command and discharge command. The control system 9 has a circuit part 20 which includes a charge/discharge time input means and a discharge command permission means that allows a discharge command during nondischarge, and the circuit part 20 is accommodated in a sealable case.
