Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a utilization range of a communication system is restricted on the premise that there is confidential relationship between a client and a server beforehand in the communication system for downloading content from a server device according to a request from a client device. SOLUTION: The communication system performs communication to authenticate a portable terminal by a portable terminal authentication device according to an infrared signal outputted by an operation of the portable terminal, thereby the content is utilized/executed in a content utilization device after receiving authentication results from the portable terminal authentication device.
