SOLUTION: This information processor comprises the touch panel 18; a first vibrating element 19A provided at the end of the touch panel 18; a second vibrating element 19B provided at the end of the touch panel 18; a touch panel controller 131 for detecting a touch position to the touch panel 18; and an EC/KBC 124 and a vibrating element driving circuit 20 for supplying a first driving signal to the first vibrating element 19A and supplying a second driving signal to the second vibrating element 19B according to the touch position detected by the touch panel controller 131 to vibrate the touch position.
