Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescent device which is free from reduction of luminance regardless of deterioration of a driving thin film transistor. SOLUTION: The electroluminescence device includes; a light emitting diode which emits light by an output current; a storage capacitor which stores a data signal applied through a data line; the driving thin film transistor which utilizes the data signal stored in the storage capacitor to supply the output current to the light emitting diode; an input switching part which transmits the data signal applied through the data line, by a first scan signal applied through a first scan line; and a threshold voltage compensation part which temporarily stores a gate voltage reflecting a threshold voltage of the driving thin film transistor, into the storage capacitor by a second scan signal applied through a second scan line and then transmits the data signal independently of the threshold voltage of the driving thin film transistor in response to supply of the output current from the driving thin film transistor to the light emitting diode.
