MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF OPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument of optical characteristics enabling the measurement of transmission and the measurement of reflection, made small-sized and enhanced in workability and measuring precision when measuring. SOLUTION: When measuring reflection, the reflected light from a reflecting sample undergoing diffusion illumination in a reflecting sample opening 2s by a light detecting optical system 5 and a two-channel spectroscopic device 6 through a light receiving opening 2b and the reflection characteristics of the reflecting sample are calculated by a signal processor 7 and a control arithmetic device 8. When measuring transmission, the transmitted light 1p of a transmission sample 1 subjected to diffusion illumination in a transmission sample opening 2t is passed through the light path bent by a reflecting mirror 42, the reflecting sample opening 2s and the light receiving opening 2b to be measured by the light detecting optical system 5 and the two-channel spectroscopic device 6 and the transmission characteristics are calculated by the signal processor 7 and the control arithmetic device 8.
