SMELL MEASURING DEVICE AND SMELL MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smell measuring device that has a simple structure and is easy to use and a smell measuring method. SOLUTION: Instead of a conventional smell measuring method of measuring smell of gas, this smell measuring method comprises a preparing process of preparing a smell sensor for measuring the smell of the gas, a gas supply process of supplying the gas to the smell sensor, and an odor-free gas supply process of supplying the odor-free gas to the smell sensor by a predetermined cleaning period. Just after the gas supply process is executed and completed, the odor-free gas supply process is forcibly executed, the smell sensor outputs an output value corresponding to the intensity of the smell of the gas, and the cleaning period corresponds to the output value.
