PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce expenses for constructing a wall face structure more than those for constructing a concrete or cement wall face member, short a construction period, prevent the durability of the wall face member from being lowered by salt damage even if the wall face structure of the lightweight banking structure is constructed in a coastal zone, and increase durability by preventing the wall face member from being easily broken due to the freezing of rain water adhered thereto even if the wall face structure of the lightweight banking structure is constructed in a cold region. SOLUTION: The wall face member 15 of the wall face structure 13 constructed on the side face of the lightweight banking structure 1 is formed in a polygonal shape mainly of a waste heat-plastic resin material and a a waste inorganic filler with a heat conductivity higher than that of the waste-heat plastic resin material, and secured to the side face of a foam block body 5 with a fixing member 17.
