Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TXB2regulator which is safe and effective, even when continuously used, and can regulate the production amount of TXB2to enhance a vascular endothelial function-improving action, and to provide a food, a drink, a food additive, a medicine and a cosmetic each containing the TXB2regulator. SOLUTION: (1) This TXB2regulator contains an apple extract as an active ingredient. (2) The TXB2regulator (1), wherein the apple extract comprises polyphenols originated from apple. (3) The TXB2regulator (2), wherein the polyphenols originated from the apple is one in which the procyanidin compound content in whole polyphenols is 20 to 100 wt.%. (4) The food or drink contains one of the TXB2regulators (1) to (3). (5) The food additive contains one of the TXB2regulators (1) to (3).
