Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplement sheet which can simply give one or more nutrients through foods. SOLUTION: This supplement sheet 11 comprises a substrate 13 having a rectangular sheet shape and a vitamin C-containing nutrient holding layer 15 formed on the whole surface of one side of the substrate sheet 13. The substrate sheet 13 comprises a PET film and the nutrient-holding layer 15 is formed by coating the substrate sheet 13 with vitamin C together with starch as a binder. When used, the supplement sheet 11 is disposed on a food in a lunch box or the like. Thus, the vitamin C in the nutrient-holding layer 15 is dissolved into the food, and can easily be taken by eating the food. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
