Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet having an RFID tag which can communicate with the outside under an approximately uniform condition without being affected by a cargo which is mounted on a mounting member. SOLUTION: This pallet 10 having the RFID tag is equipped with the plate-like mounting member 12 for mounting an arbitrary article, a plurality of girder members 14 which support the mounting member 12 from the bottom, a plate-like bottom member 13 which is arranged to be in parallel with the mounting member 12 under the girder members 14, and the RFID tag 11 which is arranged between the mounting member 12 and the bottom member 13 and performs radio communication with a reader/writer 32. Then, in particular, on the mounting member 12, a first electric wave reflecting member 15 arranged on the mounting member 12 in parallel with the mounting surface and reflects an electric wave transmitted/received by the RFID tag 11 is incorporated. On the bottom member 13, a second electric wave reflecting member 16 arranged in parallel with the bottom surface and reflects the electric wave transmitted/received by the RFID tag 11 is incorporated.
