ROLL SHIFTING ROLLING MILL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll shifting rolling mill with which the deterioration of sheet crown is suppressed and rolling under the optimum roll shift is attained even when wear on the surface of a work roll is progressed and the roll shifting function of the rolling mill can be easily properly used for dispersion of roll wear and the control of the change of the sheet crown even when performing reverse rolling with one stand. SOLUTION: A pair of upper and lower work rolls 12, 12 have a roll shape in which a shape changing curve C1 where one or more projection and recess parts are repeated about the direction of the barrel length of the work roll so that the sheet crown of a material 2 to be rolled can be changed and a roll wear compensating curve C2 which is set so as to preliminarily compensate for the wear of the roll surface on the basis of the distribution curve C4 of the amount of wear about the barrel length direction of the work roll which is predicted when performing the wear dispersion on the roll surface by moving the work rolls by a prescribed amount in the axial direction in a predetermined rolling schedule are combined with each other.
