SOLID STATE IMAGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging device which suppresses the level variation of a noise signal and prevents the generation of a display in a white phenomenon by providing a filter which passes the noise signal outputted from a pixel. SOLUTION: After a level shift is performed so that the signal level of the noise signal outputted from the pixel may be brought close to a reference level, by a level shifter 181, the noise signal by which the level shift is complemented with the level shifter 181 by the signal level by which the level shift is performed by the level shifter 181 by a level shifter 182. In a differential amplifier 183, the noise signal and a picture signal from the pixel which passed the level shifters 181 and 182 are subtracted, and the picture signal in which the noise is removed, is outputted.
