PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption processor capable of easily managing application conditions and agreement information required for encryption processing. SOLUTION: The encryption processor 100 executes encryption processing/decoding processing on the basis of the agreement information sequentially stored in an agreement information storage means 112, by executing encryption determination/decoding determination on the basis of the application conditions sequentially stored in an application condition storage means 111. Both of a destination address and a transmission origin address stored as a key of the agreement information can be stored with an address group including a plurality of addresses.
