Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus in which a print made in the night is not left as it is without being noticed, and both convenience and confidentiality are satisfied by automatically making printing of received data when the surroundings of an apparatus become bright. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus comprises: a network means connectable with at least one network; a display means having an opening/closing display section; a means for detecting opening/closing of the display means; a sensor means for detecting illuminance around the apparatus; a means for receiving data from the network; a means for recording received data; and a means for selecting whether the received data is recorded.
