FACE AUTHENTICATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take face images of authentication objects regularly in the same direction even if the body heights of the authentication objects are uneven. SOLUTION: A convex mirror 12 having a convex effect enabling each authentication object to visually confirm the face of the authentication object concerned which can be positionally changed is provided in the vicinity of a wide-angle camera 11 imaging authentication objects at a wide view angle. Even if the body heights of authentication objects are uneven, each authentication object can visually confirm her/his face by a mirror part so that the face is surely opposed to the convex mirror 12 and the wide-angle camera 11, and this face is imaged by the wide-view camera capable of imaging at a wide view angle.
