PAPER MONEY RECEIVING AND PAYING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper money receiving and paying machine for preventing a customer from leaving paper money behind. SOLUTION: The paper money receiving and paying machine 1 has a paper money receiving and paying opening 3 where paper money to be deposited is thrown in or paper money to be paid is received, paper money pool walls 21 forming a bottom surface and three side surfaces of a paper money pool 22 for accumulating paper money thrown in from the paper money receiving and paying opening 3 and paper money to be paid transported on a conveyance path, and a feeding roller 27 for separating and feeding the paper money thrown in and accumulated in the paper money pool 22. A bill press 25 energized by elastic material such as a spring to be bendable at a supporting point 33 that supports a first plate 31 and a second plate 32 rotatably and a bill press arm link 36 in which a stud 37 provided in one end part is connected to a constraint frame of a slide part 38 provided in the first plate 31 of the bill press and the other end part is pivoted rotatably at a supporting point 26 provided on a paper money pool wall 21 is provided, and the bill press arm link 36 is rotated so as to form a front side surface of the paper money pool 22 by the bill press 25.
