Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler comprising a pipe connector 4 capable of easily fixing a connection pipe 2, and coping with the connection pipes 2 of various diameters, and further fixing a heat exchanging portion 1 and a tank without using another member. SOLUTION: A diameter expansion portion 2a having an expanded diameter is formed on the connection pipe 2, a first holding portion 4a is formed on one end side of the pipe connector 4 in a state of being seated on a side wall 3 of a radiator tank while receiving at least a part of the diameter expansion portion 2a and holding the connection pipe 2 by caulking the diameter expansion portion 2a, and a second holding portion 4b is formed on the other end side of the pipe connector 4 for holding the heat exchanging portion 1 by caulking a part of the heat exchanging portion 1 to the side wall 3 of the radiator tank by expanding its diameter.
