Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine in which a guaiazulenesulfonate salt is stabilized at a high level. SOLUTION: This liquid medicine contains (1) the guaiazulenesulfonate salt in an amount of not less than 0.001 w/v% and less than 1 w/v% based on a total volume of the liquid medicine, (2) a quaternary ammonium salt, (3) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of not less than 13.5 and not more than 20, (4) a solvent, and (5) at least two kinds of buffer agents selected from a group consisting of a hydrogencarbonate salt, a citrate salt, and a phosphate salt and has a pH of not less than 7.5 and not more than 9.5.
