Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a driving torque when a motor is locked up in the initialization of an encoder. SOLUTION: This electric actuator system detects the position of a link lever, which is driven by the electric motor, by the encoder. In the system, the link lever is dashed against a stopper which is fixed and arranged on the end of a specified rotation range of the link lever, and the dashed position is set as a reference position (home position) of the encoder. At the time of the dashing motion, a motor current which is proportional with the motor torque is detected, and the motor is stopped at a point when the detected current value I comes to represent a current Ith which serves as a previously set comparatively small proper torque, and the position of the encoder at this time is made the reference position. When the proper torque is generated, slack amounts of the stopper and the link lever are comparatively small, and also, the torque is made 0 over a short period of time, and therefore, the possibility for the fatigue rupture of the stopper or the like can be reduced.
