Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor controlling means capable of precisely stopping a driving object at a target stopping position without being affected by fluctuation in load and needless to change the stopping position. SOLUTION: The target speed V of a motor is determined by referring to a target speed table in which the target speed V of the motor is set corresponding to the moving position of the driving object. Normally, the motor controlling unit reads the target speed V ranging from an address n=5 as a reference start-up position to an address n=n+5 as a reference terminating position. When load fluctuation in the driving object is generated, the reading range (a reference range) is shifted to an upper limit.
