Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a speaker unit which has no magnetic substance between two magnets and utilizes a rebounding magnetic field, to be reduced in cost and equipped with an effective and sufficient magnetic flux distribution so as to display the desired properties. SOLUTION: The speaker unit is provided with an adjusting mechanism 5 to adjust a space distance between the two magnets 2a and 2b which are opposed to each other so as to make their same polarities confront. The magnet 2a and/or magnet 2b of the adjusting mechanism 5 is screwed into a screw shaft 6 of non-magnetic material so as to adjust a space distance between the two magnets 2a and 2b.
