Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell stack, a solid oxide fuel cell module using it, and a manufacturing method of the solid oxide fuel cell stack. SOLUTION: The fuel cell stack is provided with a laminate having a first unit cell 11, a second unit cell 12, and a ceramic interconnector 2, has a fuel gas passage between a first fuel electrode 112 and an opposed face of the interconnector 2, has a combustion supporting gas passage between a second air electrode 123 and the opposed face of the interconnector 2, and the first fuel electrode 112 and the second air electrode 123 are connected through a via-conductor 21 penetrating the interconnector 2. The module has a plurality of stacks integrated. The manufacturing method of the stack comprises a forming process of lamination sheet for unbaked unit cell, a forming process of lamination sheet for unbaked interconnector, a forming process of compound sheet for unbaked unit cell, a forming process of compound unit, a forming process of crimped unit, a forming process of unbaked stack to cut the crimped unit, and a forming process of stack to bake the unbaked unit.
