INTRA-STORE SALES ANALYSIS APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a course of a customer selected by a store side in order to increase the amount of sales per customer in a store like a convenience store. SOLUTION: A sales analysis system includes; a video database 5 wherein videos photographed by a plurality of cameras 1 installed in the store are recorded in association with time information; a sales information database 7 wherein sales information including a purchased commodity, which is input from a sales information input device, is recorded in association with a purchase time; a course conversion processing part 34 which captures videos recorded in the image database 5 to perform image processing and extracts a person and traces the extracted person to generate course data wherein time information is associated with coordinates of the position of the person and identification information of the person; and a course database 36 wherein course data generated by the course conversion processing part 34 is recorded. Sales information is designated to extract a monitor object person from the sales information database 7, and course data in the course database 36 is specified by a purchase time of the monitor object person and is displayed.
