PROGRAMMING METHOD FOR TESTER RESOURCE ASSIGNMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the general problems of poor flexibility, requiring long time, and the development cost and change cost becoming high. SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of forming a mapping file, and forming a package test program for testing an electronic package. The electronic package includes a device, the package test program is formed from a device test program code for testing the device and a source code of the mapping file. The device test program source code includes at least one reference to at least one device pin identifier, each device pin identifier identifies the corresponding device pin on the device, and each identified device pin is characterized in being mounted on the corresponding package pin on the electronic package.
