Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand factor analyzing system and a demand factor analysis method, capable of easily specifying the demand factor for electric power diagnostic service. SOLUTION: This demand factor analyzing system 1 is provided with an electric power data recording means 12 which records electric power data, indicating used electric power quantity measured for each predetermined time and for each measuring object electrical equipment into an electric power data storage device 18, and demand factor ranking means 13-16 which determine power consumption rate for each load at the time, when sum total value of the used electric power becomes maximum, based on the electric power data recorded in the electric power data storage device 18, which determine the electric power increase quantity and/or electric power increase rate for each measuring object electrical equipment, when the sum total value of the used electric power becomes maximum, and which rank the measuring object electrical equipment, regarding the demand factor based on the determined power consumption rate for each load and the determined electric power increase quantity and/or electric power increase rate.
