Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heat source heat pump type air conditioner for a radiation panel in which a piping system for cold and hot water serving as a water heat source and a control system are integrated together to facilitate switching between cooling and heating, while enabling individual distributed radiation air-conditioning, and also enabling dehumidification during cooling without requiring any especially large space. SOLUTION: The air conditioner A for a radiation panel comprises a refrigerant circuit 1 in which refrigerant circulates from a compressor 2 to a four-way valve 3 to a first water heat exchanger 4 to a pressure reducing valve 5 to a second water heat exchanger 6 to the four-way valve 3 to the compressor 2 in that order, and a cold/hot water circulation circuit 12 where the radiation panel 13 is connected to the second water heat exchanger 6. The temperatures of cold and hot water detected by a water temperature sensor 15-1 and indoor temperature detected by an indoor temperature sensor 15-2 are compared with respective set temperatures stored in a controller 16. When water temperature and indoor temperature during cooling are both higher than the respective set temperatures and also when water temperature and indoor temperature during heating are both lower than the respective set temperatures, either a constant-speed type compressor is operated or the number of revolutions of a variable compressor is increased.
