LIQUID FEEDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeding device of a simple control and limited manufacturing cost, and capable of continuously and stably feeding liquid under various liquid feeding conditions. SOLUTION: The liquid feeding device is provided with a liquid feeding part 10 which consists of a plurality of syringes working together and sucking and discharging liquid to continue delivering liquid and single drive source and drive mechanism driving the same, solenoid valves 22a, 22b attached to each syringe 11 and changing over flow passages with synchronizing with delivery and suction of the syringe, check valves 23a, 23b preventing reverse flow of liquid at a time of change over of delivery and suction of the syringe, a damper reducing pulsation of liquid at a time of change over of delivery and suction of the syringe, a piping part 20 which consists of a pressure sensor detecting pressure at a time of liquid feeding, and a control part driving a drive source and feeding liquid according to pre-established data such as flow rate and information from the sensor.
