DWELLING UNIT ENVIRONMENT EVALUATION SYSTEM, DWELLING UNIT ENVIRONMENT EVALUATING METHOD, AND DWELLING UNIT ENVIRONMENT EVALUATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling unit environment evaluation system which can optimally evaluate a dwelling unit environment, and to provide a dwelling unit environment evaluating method and a dwelling unit environment evaluation program. SOLUTION: The dwelling unit environment evaluation system is comprised of: a dwelling unit environment information input means for inputting dwelling unit environment information; a landscape continuity evaluating means for evaluating greenery continuity on a traffic line from a dwelling unit, based on the dwelling unit environment information input by the dwelling unit environment information input means; an available continuity evaluating means (steps S14, S15) for evaluating the greenery continuity with which a resident can make contact at some midpoint on the traffic line from the dwelling unit, based on the dwelling unit environment information input by the dwelling unit environment information input means; a climatic continuity evaluating means (step S16) for evaluating outdoor environment continuity which makes the dwelling unit comfortable by way of natural power, based on the dwelling unit environment information input by the dwelling unit environment information input means; and an over-all evaluating means (step S17) for evaluating the dwelling unit environment, based on results of the evaluation by the landscape continuity evaluating means, the available continuity evaluating means, and the climatic continuity evaluating means.
