Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear anionic electrodeposition coating composition capable of obtaining thin coating film having high corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and adhesiveness and also capable of stably forming coating film of uniform thickness with being hardly affected by coating liquid temperature in an anionic electrodeposition coating operation, and to provide a method for forming coating film using the above composition. SOLUTION: The clear anionic electrodeposition coating composition comprises an acrylic resin bearing carboxy and hydroxy groups on the side chain and a curing agent, wherein the acrylic resin is 10.0-11.0 in SP value and 35-55°C in Tg value.
