SATURATED NORBORNENE RESIN FILM AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS, POLARIZING PLATE, OPTICAL COMPENSATION FILM, ANTIREFLECTION FILM, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saturated norbornene resin film which has an excellent surface improved in vertical streaks and lateral streaks often caused by a melt film fabrication process. SOLUTION: Melt film fabrication is made to a saturated norbornene resin to which 0.01-5 mass% of a polymer obtained by polymerizing an ethylenic unsaturated monomer containing a fluorinated alkyl group expressed by general formula; CH2=C(R1)-COO-(X)n-Rf. Wherein, Rf is a 1-20C perfluoroalkyl group or a partially fluorinated alkyl group, may be straight-chained or branched and have a functional group containing an oxygen atom and/or a nitrogen atom in the main chain; R1 is a hydrogen atom, alkyl group optionally fluorinated, chlorine atom or fluorine atom; X is a bivalent linking group; n is an integer of 1-10.
