Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a dried rubber in which the dried rubber can efficiently be recovered by instantaneously drying a rubber composition solution and an apparatus for recovering the dried rubber. SOLUTION: A drying chamber hopper 7 for drying a rubber composition solution W such as rubber latex or rubber solution is connected in horizontal direction to the lower part of a combustion chamber 2a on the outlet side 3a of a tail pipe 3 connected to a combustion part 2 and a feed means 8 of the rubber composition solution W for jetting the rubber composition solution W toward a blasting combustion discharge gas G for jetting from the outlet side 3a of the tail pipe 3 is installed in the lower part of the combustion chamber 2a and further, a discharge gas pipe 9 for discharging water and liquid vaporized to the outside of a drying chamber hopper 7 is connected in perpendicular direction to the lower part of the drying chamber hopper 7. In the feed means 8, the tip of a feed nozzle 8a is horizontally arranged toward the outlet side 3a of the tail pipe and the water content and the liquid of the rubber composition solution W are instantaneously vaporized and dried by jetting the rubber composition solution W toward the blasting combustion discharge gas G jetted from the outlet side 3a of the tail pipe under a prescribed pressure and bringing the rubber composition solution W into contact with the blasting combustion discharge gas G.
