Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost with a simple structure, without forming a pallet as a special structure, when applying an adhesive while rotating works carried by the pallet. SOLUTION: The works 11 to 14 are supported by the pallet 30 via receiving tools 21 to 24, and the receiving tools 21 to 24 are attached-detached from the pallet 30 by cylinder parts 41 to 44 of a rotational driving means 40 by pushing down the pallet 30 by being placed on the rotational driving means 40, and are simultaneously integrally engaged with the respective receiving tools 21 to 24. When driving a motor 48 in this state, an output gear 49 and driven gears 47a to d of the respective cylinder parts are meshed, and the whole works 11 to 14 rotate at once.
