OPTICAL DISK DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device which can limit recording within controllable speed by measuring, in advance to the recording, magnitude of surface wobbling or eccentricity remarkably occurring due to speed-up and prevent failure in recording due to out-of-control during the recording. SOLUTION: Because influence of mechanical characteristics to be increased in accordance with higher speed is reduced by limiting the speed in recording by measuring fluctuation of a control signal in the control state after activating the optical disc and the recording failure can be therefore prevented, thus the optical disk device with high record reliability can be provided.
