SOLUTION: A unique-format-form browsing process part 21 converts the formats of original information in a variety of file formats into electronic forms of a first unified format, and stores the forms. A general-format-form browsing process part 22 converts the file formats of the original information into electronic forms of a second unified format and stores the forms.
