Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate delivery work to an installation site, to eliminate connection work of a refrigerant pipe arrangement at the installation site, to simplify and speed up the installation work, and to improve reliability of the device. SOLUTION: A total enthalpy heat exchanger unit 1 is partitioned into front, rear, right, and left chambers 14A, 14B, 15A, and 15B by a partition plate 12 and a total enthalpy heat exchanger 13. In two chambers in the left or right side, a supply air passage upstream part 15 is composed extending from an outside air inlet provided on a casing upper part to an outside air outlet to a refrigerant circuit unit via the total enthalpy heat exchanger. In two chambers in the other of the left or right side, a return air passage upstream part 14 is composed extending from a return air inlet provided in the casing upper part to a return air outlet to the refrigerant circuit unit via the total enthalpy heat heat exchanger. It is composed such that a communicating direction of outside air and a communicating direction of return air with respect to the total enthalpy heat exchanger are opposite in front and rear directions.
