Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent the stop position at the full stroke of a servo piston from slipping out of place without increasing the shape dimension of a servo piston housing. SOLUTION: Springs are arranged outside both end surfaces of the servo piston 1 to urge the servo piston 1 to a neutral position, and comprised of a first spring 8 located radially inside, and a second spring 9 located outside. A variable displacement swash plate liquid pressure rotating machine is provided with a first spring seat 10 to receive one end located at the servo piston 1 side of the first spring 8 and the second servo piston 9, a second spring seat 11 to receive the other end located at covers 6 and 7 of the first spring 8 and the second spring 9, having a projection 11a extended in the sliding direction of the servo spring 1 and inserted into the first spring 8 at the servo piston 1 side, and a bolt 12 fastened to the servo piston 1, relatively and slidably supporting the second spring seat 11.
