Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a canned motor capable of avoiding corrosion and sticking of a reaction product, while enabling the cooling of a rotor, lubrication of a bearing and restraint of electric power consumption. SOLUTION: A connecting chamber 20A is interposed between the canned motor 10A and a vacuum pump 30, and a motor output shaft 15 is connected to a rotary shaft 35 of the vacuum pump 30. A fin 16F is installed on the rotor 16 of the motor output shaft 15 in a rotor chamber 14 of the canned motor 10A, and a bottom part is formed as a rotor chamber oil reservoir 18, and lubricating oil L is sealed with an oil level as a level equal to a lower side part of the bearing 17 of the motor output shaft 15. The rotor 16 is soaked in and cooled by the lubricating oil L by rotating the motor output shaft 15 by driving the canned motor 10A. The fin 16F springs up and disperses the lubricating oil L as an oil droplet, and lubricates the bearings 17a and 17b of the motor output shaft 15, and forms a protective film by forming an oil film on an inner wall surface of the rotor chamber 14 and the other member surface.
