Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional inventory control/planning method wherein problems occur in inventory and delivery according to a variation in demand and accordingly large inventory must be secured for safety. SOLUTION: In an inventory planning server 100, the demand characteristic and the supply characteristic of commodities and a lead time and a planning cycle in a commodity distribution route are received from a production control server 200, a transport control server 300, and a sales control server 400, and a necessary inventory quantity is calculated by using these data.
