Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing toner for electrostatic charge image development by which polymerization toner particles having an easily controllable particle size and a sharp distribution of particle size can be efficiently and stably manufactured by a suspension polymerization method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing toner for electrostatic charge image development is characterized in that: a polymerizable monomer composition containing at least a polymerizable monomer and a colorant is granulated in a water-based dispersion medium containing calcium phosphate by actions of shear force, colliding force, a pressure change, cavitation and a potential core generated by a rotor rotating at a high speed and a screen enclosing the rotor; and successively the granulated polymerizable monomer composition is subjected to suspension polymerization to form polymerization toner particles.
