CONTROL DEVICE OF WORK MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a work machine capable of improving responsiveness, suppressing pressure fluctuation, and preventing strident noise such as beating noise from occurring. SOLUTION: A two-way variable displacement pump/motor 6 is connected to an electric motor/generator 4, and a hydraulic actuator F is connected to the variable displacement pump/motor 6. The variable displacement pump/motor 6 comprises a swash plate controller 6a having a swash plate for variable displacement and controlling the tilt angle of the swash plate. A controller 13 is connected to the swash plate controller 6a. The controller 13 controls the speed and power of the hydraulic actuator F by controlling the rotational speed of the electric motor/generator 4, and controllably suppresses the pressure fluctuation by controlling the variable displacement of the variable displacement pump/motor 6 while performing the feedback of the AC component of a differential pressure between the front and rear sides of the variable displacement pump/motor 6.
