SOLUTION: The method for preparation of plasma product excludes all blood of donors from which parvovirus B19 is detected in amount of 106to 107genome equiv./ml by a polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and sets the sensitivity of the PCR to detect the parvovirus B19 on samples only with DNA contents of ≥106to 107genome equiv./ml.
