Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill a container such as a bottle to a volume and weight (mass meter) which a user desires, and to wash the container by the same method applied to piping washing without disassembling and washing an apparatus. SOLUTION: A filling apparatus includes a tank 1 which is filled with liquid, an automatic valve 2 for filling, a vacuum filling level adjustment nozzle 3 by which a bottle is filled with the liquid and the bottle is filled with the liquid to a predetermined level, a sensor 4 disposed downstream the vacuum filling level adjustment nozzle 3, and a vacuum chamber 5 and a vacuum generating device 14 disposed further downstream and used to generate the optimum degree of a vacuum and recover an overflow of the liquid by level adjustment for the bottle when the bottle is filled.
