GLASS RUN FOR AUTOMOBILE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run for an automobile with low sliding resistance of a door glass capable of easily molding a corner part of a glass run. SOLUTION: This glass run for an automobile integrally connects a linear part molded by extrusion molding with a top side and a vertical side of the linear part of a corner part molded by die molding. The glass run 10 comprises a vehicle outer side wall 20, a vehicle inner side wall 30, and a bottom wall 40, and has an approximately U-shaped cross section. In this glass run for the automobile, a linear part 11 of the glass run 10 at a portion connected with the corner part 12 by die molding notches one part on the side end of the vehicle inner side wall 30 at its tip portion, and the notched vehicle inner side wall 30 and a portion of a vehicle inner sealing lip 31 are filled with a material forming the corner part 12.
