Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive tool replacing device of a machine tool capable of appropriately replacing a tool on a working head and a specified tool in a tool magazine by using a head moving device to move the working head. SOLUTION: The tool magazine 35 is provided on the side of a table 20 on which a work W is placed, a large number of tools 50 on which cutters 52 are provided are removably provided on the tool magazine 35 downward, in parallel with one another in the horizontal direction, the working head 2 to removably hold the tools 50 and to rotate the tools 50 is provided, and the head moving device 12 to move the working head 2 at least in the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction at a portion of the table 20 and the tool magazine 35 is provided.
