METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY AND CONTINUOUSLY TREATING CYANIDE/AMMONIA-CONTAINING LIQUID WASTE CONTINUOUSLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simultaneously treating cyanide/ammonia-containing liquid waste in which problems of the conventional method are solved, liquid waste containing high-concentration cyanide such as a cyanide complex of zinc, copper, nickel or iron is treated without generating a harmful by-product and without incorporating cyanide in the sludge to be generated to decompose cyanide without generating HCN gas and also decompose high-concentration ammonia simultaneously, each of cyanide and ammonia is removed/decreased to have an effluent control value or lower and cyanide/ammonia-containing liquid waste is treated at low initial and running costs.
