Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional water modifying devices have portability, but have a large size and weight as a whole and are therefor difficult to easily attach to a desired position such as a wall surface. SOLUTION: A simplified water modifying device comprises a water supply part into which source water is fed, a water modifying part which modifies the source water from the water supply part by the action of electric charges generated by tourmaline therein, a main body part which has a water discharge part for discharging the modified source water from the water modifying part, and an attaching part to which the main body part is fitted and which can be attached to and detached from a part to be attached.
